Forum Permission/Display settings

There seems to be a lot of messed up permission and display settings on the forums, I'm fairly certain this is a vBulletin powered board and comparing the current state of the board to the many other vB powered boards I've administered, it looks like the permission and forum settings have been somewhat messed up either accidentally or on purpose, was just wondering if these will be fixed?

Get New Posts and get Today's Posts are both disallowed for me... pity, I loved checking in on the new posts 100 times a day :p

Many of the features such at the statistics readout on bottom, post search function, new posts, new threads, user posts, user threads, user contact information, upload/download, images in signatures, give a "Account does not have permission" or rather that the Member usergroup does not have the proper permission flags.

Also the 30 second wait timer is driving me insane..

The "Find new threads/posts" function would be really useful.. As well as "Find unanswered threads" function
